What does the vacuum lift?
It lifts a film of water off glass into a tank. It does not dry a wall, treat mould, or replace a vent.
When does an order leave?
Paid orders leave within two working days. Transit is usually 3–7 working days in the UK and 5–10 elsewhere in Europe. UK delivery is £4.95 per order. Delivery charges outside the UK are confirmed by email before dispatch.
How do I send something back?
Write to support within 14 days of receiving the goods and say that you are withdrawing. Questions about a refund go to the billing address.
