Terms of sale

These terms are between you and MILLER ROCK LIMITED, Maritime House, Discovery Quay, Falmouth TR11 3XA, United Kingdom, Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 10893590, VAT No.: GB288546057. The shop name is Cristcal.

The contract

The pages show the pieces and the price in pounds sterling. Where VAT is due, it is included in the price. A contract is made when PayPal confirms the payment as completed. Until then you may leave the payment.

Payment

You pay on PayPal. We do not take card numbers on this website. PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. is the payment processor. Questions about a bill go to billing@cristcal.com.

Delivery

Delivery covers the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe. UK delivery is £4.95 per order. Delivery charges outside the UK are confirmed by email before dispatch. At checkout, the £4.95 is added to the total for a UK address; for other countries the PayPal payment covers the goods only. Paid orders leave within two working days. Transit is usually 3–7 working days in the United Kingdom and 5–10 working days elsewhere in Europe. We do not name a carrier here.

The tools

A window vacuum and the Traverse robot lift water off glass. They do not dry a wall, treat mould, or replace ventilation. Descriptions and photographs on the product pages are the ones we publish for that piece.

Law

The contract is made with a company registered in England and Wales. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply. For a household order into the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply.
