Returns and withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. That right sits in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for United Kingdom orders. If you live elsewhere in Europe, the mandatory withdrawal rules of your country still apply, including the usual 14-day period.

How to tell us

1. Write to support@cristcal.com within 14 days of receiving the goods and say that you are withdrawing.
2. Send the goods back to Maritime House, Discovery Quay, Falmouth TR11 3XA, United Kingdom within 14 days of telling us.
3. We refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery charge (£4.95 for UK orders), using the same PayPal payment, within 14 days of hearing from you or of receiving the goods, whichever is later.

You pay the cost of sending the goods back, unless they are faulty or not as described. Faulty goods are handled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: we repair, replace, or refund.
