Orders
When you pay, the checkout page sends your name, email, the telephone number you type, and the delivery address to our server. The server uses them only to open a PayPal order and to pass the delivery address to PayPal. The price is taken from our catalogue, not from the page. We do not ask for a card number, and we do not keep an order database on this website.
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. processes the payment. Their own notice describes what they do with the payment after you leave this site.
On this device
The bag and your cookie choice are stored in local storage in your browser. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Nothing in that storage is sent to us until you start a payment.

How long, and your rights
Payment records are those PayPal keeps. We do not run a separate customer file. You can ask us for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you can ask for a copy of what we still hold, by writing to info@cristcal.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. This site is aimed at the United Kingdom and uses the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We do not publish a telephone number.
